Help make the museum a reality by donating today! Can you help financially or with in-kind donations? Donations can be made online using paypal below, or can be sent through the mail using our MRRM Building Fund Gift/Pledge Form. Once funding has reached its goal, the Moffat Road Railroad Museum will be built and operated by the Grand County Model Railroad Club, a 501(c)(3) Colorado not-for-profit corporation. Contributions must be made in the name of the Grand County Model Railroad Club in order to be tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

We are now able to accept contributions through paypal using our "Donate Now" button. All major credit cards are accepted. Use the "Donation Allocation" drop-down menu to specify how you want your donation used. If no selection is made, donations will go towards the Grand County Model Railroad Club Moffat Road Railroad Museum Building Fund. Use the "Special Notes" option if you want your donation used differently or in memoriam. All donors will receive a donation receipt for tax records, so be sure to include your current Mailing Address while on the donation form in paypal.

Sons & Daughters of the Moffat Road Railroad

"Sons & Daughters of the Moffat Road Railroad" honors the descendents of all of the people who were involved in the creation of the Moffat Road between 1900 and 1950. To donate as a descendant, please use the special paypal button (on left). Once in the donation form in paypal, click the link named "Ancestor Name & Involvement in Moffat RR" to specify your railroad ascestor's name, your relationship, and their involvement in the Moffat Road Railroad.

We want to identify the brass, the train crews, construction crews, dispatchers, shovel crews, telegraphers, etc. Our goal is to try to identify who these people are, where they are, and build a data base. If you know any of these descendants, or have friends who may know of them please get that information to Chuck Houck, preferably by email at clh@rkymtnhi.com.

Sponsor the "Moffat Road" Model Railroad
We are offering a fun way to raise money by having sponsorship opportunities on various features of the model railroad depicting the "Moffat Road" which will be displayed on the second floor of the museum. Donate Your Resources
We are currently in need of a laptop for the museum and are looking for someone who can donate one.

We are always looking for volunteers and materials to help build the museum. The museum is also looking for artifacts to display permanently or for a limited time exhibition.
